I have lived here for a few months now. And if I'm honest I only have 1 issue. The complete lack of proper sunbeds at the pool area. We live in a super sunny and hot city so come on put a proper amount and also actual proper sunbeds there not the ridiculous things we have there now. It is a gripe yes and I know most people feel the same way. Otherwise i have no issues at all here, location is great staff are all fine if you're nice then they are too. Facilities no problem at all

The location is very convenient, with a 7/11 right at the entrance and ample parking space. There are also massage shops and excellent Indian restaurants downstairs. However, one downside is the presence of small cockroaches during the rainy season, despite monthly pesticide treatments. The service is also lacking— the front desk staff often calls residents by their room numbers when notifying about deliveries, which feels impersonal, and their politeness seems to depend on their mood each day.

The building is pretty old but apart from that, it's a great place. Good location, close to BTS. There's a gym right outside and it's pretty cheap too. Facility is good - there's a pool, gym and sauna. Rooms are ok too. I have a nice bath tub.

Great location! short walk to MRT Sukhumvit station, BTS Nana or Asok stations. Building has a very nice infinity pool, well equipped fitness room, saunas (wet and dry), plenty of parking, 3 fast elevators, 24 security, finger print scan locks, 7/eleven, massage shop, laundry shop, on the premises.
