I feel hesitating whether I should share what i experienced in this building for everyone or not. As i moved out already, i dont want anyone to face the same thing, so anyone who are looking for info to make a decision, please read Pros - quiet resident building, not many units on each floor - within walking distance to BTS - people in the building are well respected to each other. No noise, almost no party at night - I was very lucky to rent this place with a nice and honest Thai owner. Most of owner here are Thai and usually easy to talk with. Cons - no parking place for 1 bedroom type. No control of number of cars per room and no tracking on parking, so the parking lot is 100% fully occupied and the advice from administration office is to park on the street outside. Good luck with that. - parking lot in the building is very steep and narrow. And the lots are all take up from 2-6 floor from the pre-ownership, which is extremely stupid. You can park from 7th floor above. - In the room, wall is so thin comparing condo at this age. You can hear the mumble sound of neighbor talking. - If you complain sth, building management office takes the action veryyyyy slowwwwww with no intention on following up. - The exterior looks okay, but inside is very old. The water pipe smells, and the drainage system are not good. I wish things get better from the new committee that is trying to make this place better. But if you can choose.... i recommend to choose wisely.

We went to see the condominium in both the towers. However, we did not go ahead with our decision to stay in 59 Heritage in tongolo. Houses were nice but for us they were pretty much old and the one in the new building was okay but we had other choices so we decided to go for something else. One thing to mention are real estate agent. Mr. Elon was very helpful and perhaps one of the greatest in town.

We arrived and saw no short term rental sign everywhere...

A little dated but don't be mistaken. The units in there are well taken care of by the owners.
