I have been living here for many years. The buildings have been here for a long time, so their colors have faded. Some elevators and doors are often broken, but the management takes care of it well. The place is nice and offers good facilities such as a swimming pool (which is being repaired), a gym, and a small basketball court. It's conveniently located near the BTS (between Udomsuk and Punnawiti stations). There are also many nearby amenities, including a Top Daily, 7-11, cafes, and the 101 True Digital Park mall, among others. The security is also good.

Comfortable older condos, economical rental prices, recently undergone complete external refurbishment and painting. 400 metre marked out door exercise track, 25 metre salt water pool, gym, well maintained grounds and facilities, good security and solid management company - many surrounding conveniences for shopping - Tops Daily, 7 -11, restaurants, Post Office branch, Express delivery services, hotels, massage and public transport (close to BTS Odom Suk and Punnawitti) and a famous Temple - Wat Dammongkol. We have been living here for almost 6 years and this condo for me is a good place, quiet and very clean. Facilities are also good and nearby to many places(BTS, Seacon mall, Phyarom, and etc.)
