A Space Hideaway Asoke-Ratchada

From the outside, this condo looks really impressive—modern and stylish. The interior design also gives off a luxurious feel, from the lobby and coworking space to the corridors. Everything seems thoughtfully designed at first glance. However, it’s a bit disappointing to see how quickly things have started to deteriorate. Despite being a relatively new building, some areas already look worn out and poorly maintained. Parts of the common areas even feel a bit abandoned, which takes away from the overall experience. It seems like the management might be lacking, which is unfortunate for such a promising property.

Condo in asoke in Bangkok. Its behind Rama 9 street and hard to find. Entry just with fingerprints that's not good working. The rooms are small and dirty and will not come back. Much too expensive if you expect a clean and tidy room. Not even the pool was cleaned up. I am sorry but I can only say I dislike this place

This is condo and location is nearly Central Rama9, MRT, Fresh market. But there are many phase here A-G and X-Z.

The photos were taken when the residence was new and unfortunately do not reflect reality for lack of maintenance ... The gym falls in ruins and the pool area in very bad condition.
