It’s a peaceful sanctuary , with condo units for rent and for sale . Only long term leases are allowed . 8 storeys ,mini pool and gym Well managed property

The manager is openly rude. She made us wait more than 30 minutes without telling us for her to talk on her phone, which she accepted after seeing us. She doesn’t even waste 1 minute of her time telling us that she cannot show us the room; instead, she ignores us. I don’t know how she could be a manager. It doesn’t give a good image at all.

This place is crazy cool. Was viewing available condos. There seems to be a fair number of farangs and the residents seem very nice. The lobby is gorgeous and the condos are spacious with glorious views of the city.

When it was built it would have been fantastic, but now it looks a bit dated and tired. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is good for the city but also quiet.its only a short walk from the BTS
