I was considering renting this condo but the rental office was working so rough. Anyway, the public spaces were poor. I gave up to use public space and just focus on my own space in the room. And the way to go condo is a bit dangerous after nighttime. A machine for 7/11 is working on first floor. I hear that building A supports high-speed fiber but building B support only 50Mbps. And building B was a bit louder because of Highway.

Very nice building on Rama 9 road. Well managed condominiums in reasonable price. Very good gym and swimming pool as well

After renting in this condo, I decided to buy a unit because it's so good. Proximity to Jodd Fairs night market, Central, Fortune Tower, MRT is convenient. The juristic office is excellent. Admittedly juristic wasn't always good, but the owners got together and replaced the management company, and the new company, LPN is so much better. They are great at their job, always improving things and renovating what's needed, they even replaced the mirrors in the lobby which was bothering me from day 1, I have confidence they will keep the building in great shape. Very happy with the laundry shop too, they can take out stains I can't even with multiple washes, and keep colors bright even after many washes. I benefit from gigabit fiber internet provided by three different ISPs. There is a Tao Bin and 7/11 vending machine downstairs and also a 7/11 shop walking distance. I only wish there was a coffee shop in the building.

Seriously unorganized staff. The night security guard was kind of a dick too. He would wait until I pulled up my motorcycle and had to completely stop each time before he would open the gate. Almost like he enjoyed his little bit of power of the rich farang They also lost two of our packages. They held one because the landlord failed to pay 7 baht then the apartment forgot about it. The rooms are new but poorly designed with little to no storage space. The one bedroom is Not recommended for two (or more) people. Kind of a bad location too. No markets near by.

Positive sides : - This place is well located (5 minutes from MRT and Central Rama 9). - Security guard and juristic person staff are really nice and helpful (big up to the night shift security guards 😉) - Not difficult to find a place to park. - Small garden on the rooftop of the car park. - You can reach Sukhumvit Road and airport rail link with motorcycle taxi really fast. - Some local restaurants located along the canal in front of the building, just 2 minutes to go there. Negative sides : - Some equipment in the gym is broken and not replaced. - Near a new condominium construction site: quite noisy in the morning, and it is bringing some dust inside the room... - Lack of storage space in the room. Recommandation : if you are 2 people or more, 1 bedroom apartments (40 sqm) might not be well adapted, better rent the 2 bedrooms apartments. Note that you have to cross the Rama 9 road to reach Central and MRT, sometimes traffic there is really huge.
