Tower A ~ super comfy apartment ~ no need to wait for the elevator. Friendly staff. We are allowed to wait in the lobby ~ nice sofa ~ suitable for elderly. Large swimming pool, walking track inside, nice view at night. 5 min walking to JODD's fair, 2 min walking to local market (various local food with cheap prices), 10 min walking to MRT and bus stop. 7/11 nearby. Easy to navigate (for online taxi).

There’s a mall downstairs, and a night market and large shopping mall nearby. While the metro station looks close on the map, it actually takes over 10 minutes to walk there. Plus, crossing the street is inconvenient due to the lack of traffic lights.

Important Notice for Condo temporary Residents (Tourist): We faced a nightmare experience at this condo, and we want to caution others about the following serious issues: 1. Disruptions from permanent residents and staff: As this is a residential condo, some permanent residents and the receptionist consistently caused disturbances that disrupted our stay. 2. Lack of support from rental agent: The rental agent was unresponsive and failed to provide any meaningful guidance or assistance. 3. Uncooperative behavior: We encountered arrogant behavior from the agent, receptionist, and some permanent residents, making our stay extremely unpleasant. In light of our horrific experience, we strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when considering a stay at this condo. Our experience was truly a nightmare, and we would advise to avoid others to suffer on the same fate. think before booking in this condo

[Updated] Attention tourists: It is ILLEGAL to rent this place daily especially for tourists. Many tourists also cause loud noise and inconsidration to tenants. PLEASE stay somewhere else. You may be fined if ARRESTED. Do not ruin your holidays. Other than that the condo is conveniently close to Dubway station and there are many restaurants under the complex and outside. However, due to excessive number of tourists everyday cause loud noise and inconsideration to many tenants when using gym, swimming pool. There seem to be many Chinese tourists, but there are others as wel. So this place is less livable by days. [Previous review] Wonderful condominium with 8 buildings. It has spacious central facilities with lots of green areas, two swimming pools, slider, kid zone, gym and jogging areas on the P floor. Due to its design, it has nice breeze all year round. Each floor has fewer than 10 units, so it is quite private. The smallest size is around 47-48 sq.m. There are many stores and restaurants in the plaza area (Belle Shoppes). There is also a shuttle service from 7.00-21.00 hr daily to Central Rama 9 Dept store, where Rama 9 MRT station is situated. But it is easy and safe to go on foot as well. In the morning, there is a small market right next to Government Housing Bank. You can enter from Ratchada road as well. The morning market is filled with local eateries (some may not look very clean and people sit on the tables on the street), fruit stalls, local food, snacks, clothing stands and coffee places. On the MCOT road, there are also many local eateries. Usually, I go for the rice soup place (open until 9 am only), chicken noodle, southern style food.
