Nice rooms, luxurious lobby and coworking, decent gym. Only the location and smell in the rooms wasn't great, but I still recommend it.

Very good modern condo with amazing facilities. But currently some cracks due to earthquake and they’re under renovation.

Clean and new, but not in a particularly good location. Largely used as investment properties by Chinese. Airbnb stayers are not welcomed. Some residents seem to be fed up with them. Was told "******* Chinese" in the elevator though I am not Chinese.

The juristic office (especially the manager) run by Knight Frank Thailand has the worst customer service. They use their superiority to set unreasonable rules and decision making without providing any alternative solutions. Apart from being useless, they have no service-mind and are some of the rudest juristic person I have ever meet.

Always clean corridors friendly staff and good gym and swimming pool the place is well maintained.
