Good place to have long stay, but far from central city. Swimming pool is really nice but gym is very small. 7/11 and vegetables Market is just at 5 minutes walk, BUs station and Train Station is at 10 to 13 minutes walk.

Amazing staff who was helpful with everything to hold our taxis and stoping our food delivery if an issue occurred in the room the land lord was on top of it! I definitely recommend a stay here at the Cassia Condominium!

This is a well managed condo very close to Bearing BTS, 5 mins walking. The facility is well maintained with a swimming pool and a small gym. The gym could had been bigger but it's okay. The room which I rented is spacious compared to the other condos I searched. The rooms are well structured with enough room for a small family.

Great sized rooms and a nice pool. Parking is not yet an issue as not all units have been sold. Prices are going up on these units because of their size as opposed to what's offered by others in the area going for the same sale price.

Great spacious rooms with western detail in mind. The bedrooms are actual bedrooms, not closet sized rooms called bedrooms. Bathrooms are large with hot water in both sink and shower. Nice sized kitchens with lots of cabinet space. Enough room for a separate dining table in each unit. You don't have that cramped feeling you get in all these other condos going for the same price for less sq meters. Fully furnished units that are a confort to live in and just minutes to the BTS and a Seven Eleven at the corner. You pay for your room space, not for the lobby space.
