This is an excellent condominium. My friend lives here. The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathrooms are gigantic. The balconies are nice, and some units have indoor balconies, which I really like. The elevators are a little small and only hold a few people before the overweight alarm goes off. It's in a great part of town, and it's right by a 7-Eleven.

Quiet and calm

The condo's juristic person took such good care of us. It's very rare to find a juristic person who takes such good care of the residents. I'm so lucky. I'd like to thank the juristic person and the security guard very much.

A 7-storey condominium in the heart of Suea Yai Uthit community or Soi Ratchadaphisek 36, Intersection 11, the end of the alley next to Khlong Lat Phrao. In the past, the water would flood regularly, but at present, the road has been built high enough to prevent flooding, making travel convenient.
