Diamond Sukhumvit

No so far from On nut BTS station. Swimming and gym are ready to do it but water is not clean. Space is enough for one person and 4 elevators are working for visitors. Police station is located at the cross so very safe.

It's great place to rent and make it home or buy as investment. The building is one or two minutes walking distance to public transport, buses and BTS. It's close to all essential facilities such as supermarkets, clinics, chemists, schools, restaurants and markets. It has nice swimming pool, excersies room, free internet at the lobby and great shops on the ground floor. Besides the rooms sizes aren't bad and have stunning views. Also there is lovely garden for residents to get together and enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and company of each other. I personally from Australia, but currently renting a room in this fantastic condominium and surely I am enjoying my stay.

Pros: Great location. 2-5 mins walk to BTS Onnut. Nearby Lotus/BigC/7-11. High ceilings. 2 bed condo have 2 toilets. Spacious rooms. Mini-park. Cons: This condo is not kids friendly. So if you have kids prefer another condo. Small gym with limited equipments. There is no car free area. There are cars coming from both sides. There is no fan/aircon inside the lift/elevator and the place where we wait for lift/elevator. Its too hot while waiting for lift and inside lift. They can install swing and slide for kids in mini-park area. Instead they wasted money to renovate working room and roundabout. They have weird restrictions on aircon timings. Working room and gym aircon can only be turned on from 5 - 10 pm. Swimming pool is not temperature controlled. Do not get attracted by perimeter area. It is unsafe. Many cars in and out fron both ways. Restrictions on Aircon timing: Office people enjoy Aircon full day until 10 PM. No restrictions. Reception area Aircon only turns on from 17:00 to 22:00. With beep sound on back door. Lol.

Great place to live in. Has pool, gym, sauna, library. Near to On Nut BTS. Has 24/7 convenience store near by. Tesco Lotus is less than 10 min by walk. Great view on Sukhumvit area. Would call it my home for sure!

Was a great place to stay in Bangkok. The bts on nut is a few minutes walk away and there's a tesco and 7 eleven in the near. Also a lot of local food is sold here . It's great to stay here as you can reach the rest of Bangkok quickly via subway or skytrain. There's a separate fitness room which is small but has all things needed to stay fit. And there's a pool which is very long. It's nice to swim at night. You see lit Bangkok
