Beware if you’re planning to live here. Some landlords use the deposit money to repair or buy new items, even if they are only slightly damaged. For example, they might replace a sofa just because of a few spots that could easily be cleaned. Additionally, they might charge extra money if two people live in the room, which doesn’t make sense since adding one person doesn’t significantly change anything. If you want to get your deposit back, avoid touching anything and make sure not to cause even minor damage. Thai Version: Beware if you’re planning to live here. This is a mid-range condominium built by Taiwanese businessmen who demolished old houses and completed it in recent years. The address is located in the alley of the old residential area at the front section of Lapa Road. It is very suitable for foreign business people. Like other developers in Thailand, the selling price includes home appliances, full decoration and handover contract. The owner has completed the management fee fund and annual prepayment, so the tenants do not need to pay monthly management fees. Each household has its own water and electricity meter and pays monthly government-set prices, which are very cheap. The room types are one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom studios and one-living room, one-bathroom, two-bedroom apartments. It is a short drive to the intersection of five main roads, close to the public shopping mall U-Mall, high-end department stores and 5-star hotels Central Plaza Lat Phrao, Thai Airways headquarters building, Saint John college, Chat-Tuk-Chat weekend market, Morchit long-distance bus terminal. You can also go directly to the inner ring elevated road to various places in Greater Bangkok including the two airports. It is within walking distance to the Big C Extra chain fresh food supermarket and shopping mall next to the alley, which includes banks, telecommunications, pharmacies, restaurants and other daily necessities. It is about a 15-minute walk from the MRT Lat Phrao station.
