GM Tower Sukhumvit 20

One of the most beautiful stays ever… my five years at GM towers was such a memorable one… The apartment was beautiful and safe for my kids. The play area within the building perfect for the kids.. apart from this the team that made sure our stay in our home was always hassle free. They were always on call to help us from dear Maria at reception and all the others who kept this beautiful building in super shape.. The landlord Mamta was so kind and by the end of my stay became more like family. It was Indeed a memorable and beautiful 5 years of my life spent at Gm towers… It truly is our home away from home.We miss you GM and treasure the years we spent there.

Very attentive and engaged staff, apartments are a good size with a layout that feels like a home. Pool and gym are always kept clean. Best of all the owners ask for feedback and listen. Nothing I have asked for has been too hard for the team that runs this building.

Think about before you move in. The location is really great. That's why we give 2 stars. The house is very old - but they try to keep it in good condition. But finally we had to stay for 2.5 months without A/C at the master bedroom. A lot of discussions and we were always blamed why the A/C is not working properly. The water filter was thrown on top of the sink (not under - like it should be). We paid too much for what we get. Now we moved to another apartment which is 30.000 Baht cheaper and we get much more service. Brand new bathrooms, new pool, no discussion about a bloody water filter..... not to be forced ot sign a new contract otherwise we will not get a new A/C... There are better places to stay - and at the moment YOU have the choice to choose... not the other way round ;-)

The cleanest condo of the area. It is a Gem in the heart of Sukhumvit area! Living with my family at GM Tower almost 4 years was a such superb experience. The location is perfect and attended our needs just by walking to the best malls, schools, supermarkets. My family and I are very satisfied with all services like apartments maintenance, housekeepings, reception and with all the Splash team, included the Security team is extremely concerned. The best one! I would like to highlight the excellent hardworking team in general. Mainly those helped us directly often, the manager Maria, the operational guys: Jom, Wannee, P'Tik, Yod, King, Bang, and the Landlord Mamta. A BIG thank to all you. Gratitude for all attention was given to us always.
