One of the owner from this condo charged me 14000THB just for painting the small damage area. I understand that’s clearly want to take all my deposits. I got some of my deposit back in other ways. Be careful if you are leaving this condo. There may be other owners like him. They don’t want to give you back your deposit.

Very nice building. Cozy rooms and modern. Amenities are nice too. Not much noise coming from the other rooms, I guess living higher would mean less traffic noise too. Thumbs up for me

After 1 yr staying at downtown Bangkok, my agent gv me this nice condo, located nearby BTS BangNa, nearby night market and Caffe Shop as well, and so many restaurant, quite place with good view

Very good looking condominium which also comes with a very high price. I went to check for it’s duplex type. Salesperson was very helpful and informative as one would expect from a high class / luxury product. At the venue there was an example of the actual room which was decorated very impressively (see photos attached).

The apartments, gym and pool are all good, but the never ending noise from ongoing construction is unbearable! I've been here since end of January and 4 months later they're still drilling in the walls and roofs all around me. The sink already started dripping and the build quality is rather poor. I highly recommend staying away for at least a year, living here has not been a good experience. I'm also sceptical to buying as the quality seems rather sloppy. Nice facade, decent balcony and spacious bedroom. 1 star for the noise, it's the worst I've ever experienced. - Written by a Norwegian expat
