Very well equipped condo BUT READ ALL THE REVIEW !!! The plus is the garden with pools where u can walk/run and working out open air. There are 3 building but gym, pool, working area ecc are not crowded. It's not near the center but u can reach it by metro easily. On the street there are many food vendors, they close around 8pm in the evening. MUST READ: after 1 month in the building A by Airbnb my owner provide me another apartment (from a friend) in the building C, if this happen even to you, don't go. If your host on Airbnb is "Unique" and the guy who manage your staying Mr Kingsley, no problem with them but don't go in the building C with their friend Dennis (the other guy who manage the apartment): the owner let the apartment in a shitty condition, it's full of cockroaches everywhere. Dennis help me with a disinfestation but it didn't work. So, for your safety, don't rent it. Update: u can find some cockroaches even in the gym The same chinese owner problem in Bangkok.

A very nice and big condominium near BangNa BTS. Utilities: 3 pools, 2 Gyms ,Running path, football field , play ground ,711, MuayThai class next door, local Thai market for cheap groceries just 2 minutes walk. Very cheap if you look for a condominium to work remote this is one of the good options. Prices starts from 8500 to 25000 Thai bath. Big Thai and foreigner community.

Of course it is good offer and conditions for this price. Maybe best which I found. But condition it is not only about square meters or the room and facilities including very big gym. It is about behaviour of stuff which working there. I don’t want to explain full what happend, but I think that the some stuff forget about main object they should serve. I don’t hurt anyone, was polite, thought about interest of building, was very carefully with facilities, don’t disturb anyone guest.But I don’t get the same attitude. If stuff don’t say hello it can means nothing of course, but sometimes it can means something, for example they can show angry behaviour, it can means that if you ask to help you, they can absolutely ignore you. Good gym, good room for this price, but I don’t feel super comfortable here. Maybe you will have better experience.
