Their staffs are friendly and nice. The apartment is new and looks good. The only 1 star off is that the location. This is 10 mins away from mrt stations and this can be a lot of time for a person like me who comes and goes out of the condo several times per day. I prefer condos that takes less than 5 mins to the station.

Great location and view, nice gym and pool. Bad things - still have cockroaches, even try to sanitize everything, they coming through air system. Not really good materials of condo interior, big glass at kitchen easily breaks if you forget to turn off cooking stove, leak of AC can destroy wooden doors, glass table is very fragile.

Stayed here for 1 week in May 16. This is a very nice building, 29 floors and has a rooftop pool and a gym overlooking the city which is well equipt. The area is secure with security at the front entrance, they are also very friendly and polite. There are 3 lifts which are fast and spacious. Can't recommend this place enough! 5 minute walk to Phra Ram 9 MRT station

Beautiful residences. Great amenities (gym and rooftop pool). Located in a very convenient area. Building staff are friendly and security is great. Would definitely stay here again
