Very Cozy place for both working and relaxing. Center of everything with good transportation and street foods. Only one point smell in the bathroom seems drainage system is needed to be improved. Room size are small ; only 27 sqm or even 23 sqm but perfect for couple or single

Rooms are small but everything is new. The staff is really friendly. The management is kind of weird sometimes they make too many rules and updates that's hard to understand because they don't speak proper English. But we love it here. Close to BTS and good value for money because the common areas are amazing. And there's a tao bin in the garage. What's not to like.

Beautiful building but damaged by earthquake, the staff are awesome worked day and night to restore things. But condo owner cheat tenants out of security deposit - think twice before renting unit 3405, condo owner scammed me for 40k taking advantage of earthquake - shameful. Say goodbye to your deposit the moment its given, what a horrible experience. Oh i forgot about the horrible sewage smell in bathrooms 24/7 of multiple condos which is a known problem in the building, worse in corner units.

Avoid if you don’t wanna hear your neighbors like they’re in your own house. Very thin walls, zero soundproof. Fancy looking but cheap material construction. I moved out after 1 night lol
