Elegant, clean, well maintain ed. Security is vigilant and seemingly efficient. Location quite convenient although being right next door to the entrance of Soi Cowboy, There is a lot of rowdy noise until the early hours of the morning, As well as the constant traffic noise on Asok. This location is hard to approach and enter, if driving, during heavy traffic times.

This is a great apartment building. Well managed. Very friendly staff. Exceptionally helpful front desk, maintenance and security. A rare find in Bangkok. Home to a good mix of expats, Thai professionals and Executives.

An older condo that once must be considered very luxurious. Its lobby now appear old-fashioned. Still, its typical units are probably much roomier than its newer counterparts. Its strength lies in its sport facilities and its superb central location.

Amazing apartment. Fully renovated. Kitchen has stove and dishwasher which is rare in Bangkok Decent pool and fitness center Location is great, close to BTS and MRT
