Management is not taking good care of this building, unfriendly staff, arrogant behavior by juristic office. Cracks in the building everywhere, Bad smell in the lobby everyday.

The views are great from bedroom but if you want to use this as an Airbnb then beware as the community residents will make you feel highly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Don’t book an Airbnb here. People here will frown upon you.

Near MRT. Clean air conditioned lobby with security doors. Nice swimming pool and exercise room on top.

Very nice place. We stayed in an Airbnb flat on 24th floor. Awesome view over the city. Very clean. A/C was great. Pool on the rooftop. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good access to SkyTrain blue line (MRT) (2 min walk). I would recommend this place.

The apartment building location is far out from the heart of Bangkok. The studio is small with a dry kitchen and a very small balcony. Building management staff are not proficient in English, so it can be really challenging.
