We love our apartment, it’s nice, clean, new and modern. Even after the earthquake we hardly had any damage. Everyone who comes over always compliments how much they like our place.

Be careful when renting the unit 877 at 21st floor! The owner unfairly charged for repainting, even for normal wear and tear. Make sure to take detailed pictures when you move in, as getting your deposit back won’t be easy.

The place is very good in the heart of Bangkok, convenient to travel both in the airport and in the city. Only 7 minutes walk from the Airport Rail Link Makkasan station to the airport and 4 minutes from the MRT Phetburi station in the city. Each trip to the airport has a bit of a problem with large and heavy luggage.

I lived in this condominium for almost 5 months before covid and i loved it. The position is great, near sukhumvit, there is the MRT station in front of the condo, a 7/11 and coffee shop inside, the lobby is very luxury and moder. I was in 35sqm 1bed room and is perfect also for 2 people. The pool is giant but is almost always covered in shadow so the water is very cold. I think is a good value for the price and now with the virus i think the prices are dropped.

Good layout, not bad public space, have many conveniences store, and good location for public transportation but noise. Compare with other projects in this area no have a great thing just middle range.
