Lumpini Place Rama IV-Sathorn

I Lived there for a year. The Condo was nice and clean, and the building staff was also cooperative if you needed anything, they always guided you.

Very nice project The project already been for a while but the maintenance is very good. So most of the facilities is very good condition . There are so many people stay in both buildings . For the location, it is very prime location. You can find very good restaurants and convenience store.

Lived here on the 14th floor from 2004-2007. The staff were ALWAYS accommodating to my family and our American traditions and holiday desires. They have an incredible pool, personal workout area, basketball and "net games" courts. The ambiance of the entrance and the private parking are huge bonuses. The proximity to major needs and attractions is excellent. If you can choose any place to reside in the heart of Bangkok, look no farther as Lumpini Place could be YOUR place too.

Very kind owner, great price and communication! Her other location used to be near the Sukhumvit seafood market! A gem~
