It seems there's coordination with those monitoring the CCTV (maybe you'll be the next one). So far, the only result has been damage to their own reputation and to tourism. There are many cases involving security guards that have gained international attention. Just try to do a search on, for example ChatGPT and you’ll see this is far from an isolated example. Of course, not everyone is like this, but how are we supposed to tell the difference? 14-06-2025 - End 04-06-2025 - Begin The security guards keep surprising me! Yesterday's special? As we walked out, the security guard stared at the person with me. It is a tactic they use to make the other person afraid. We ignored him and kept going. He stepped into the turnaround road, glanced at the building, trying to look like he'd done nothing wrong. The driver and passenger might have thought I was the problem. If only they did their job as well as they pretend... This is also a way to fool their colleague security guards or other staff into participating by making it look justified or necessary. They keep themselves going :) 18-05-2024 - Begin. 27-04-2025-Begin Today was the annual condo meeting. I decided to take the opportunity to share several incidents that had occurred. I prepared a list of just some of these incidents on one page paper and distributed it to the attendees. However, I am not sure how many received it before I was physically prevented from handing out more copies. Outside, at the registration area, I tried to give the paper to people arriving to register. One attendee had the paper ripped out of her hand by a staff member. The police were called, even though I was not doing anything illegal. The police explained something in Thai and stepped back. A staff member said, "You have no evidences." Later, it turned out she had not read the paper. The situation ended with a compromise: The paper would be distributed to the seven committee members. I also asked one of the staff, who had stood for the conversation, multiple times if I had done anything illegal. After several repetitions, she confirmed, "You have done nothing illegal." 27-04-2025-End

I loved this place. I lived for 3.3 years and loved it

Stayed in this condo for 6 months and I loved every second of it. The buildings are new and well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities great. Free air-con shuttle to the BTS. A very quiet place even during the weekends.

Brand new apartments but they are very small for the price. The facilities are new but only somewhat useable: snooker table instead of a pool table, a karaoke room that doesn't allow food or drinks with terrible microphones, a pool but again no food or drinks allowed, and a BBQ area with a PLASTIC BBQ that subsequently caught fire the first time someone tried to use it lol! The sales staff, management and some security staff can be rude and unhelpful at times. The best part about this building is that the pool is large enough for laps and the gym is decent all though the dumbbells are wimpy. The walls are a bit thin too if you live in a one-bedroom apartment especially. No problems with mold, bugs, or broken appliances though as it's very new.
