Metro Luxe Rama 4

Awesome! Luxury and quiet life walking down there are shops 🏬 to eat. Convenient transportation near the bus

my third time renting this place for my vacation. love it here. quiet and peaceful. but far from bts. need to grab in and out most times

Stayed there for a while and everything there (besides the entrance) looks and it is so cheap! From the furniture to the knobs, sinks and doors. Every time someone would close their doors, my place looked like it would be about to fall apart, and I could hear every noise from the block i was in, the elevator was slow and the view from my window was horrible (slums and a 2 floors abandoned factory in which i'm pretty sure i've seen some ghosts jk), all the dirt from it would come to the condo and I couldn't be inside without turning the ac on because there was no proper ventilation. Also, apparently none of the motorbikes would know or understand the address when I would say "metro luxe rama 4" so I would always get a confusing face when trying to get to my condo from any place. There is a 7/11 nearby but nothing much around! I would not recommend someone to stay there.

The worst Condo I've ever lived - the management is a disaster! It's used as a drug trafficking place within the management team, securities involved. Should I start with the positive points? - new, great design, nice swimming pool, nice rooms But how about the negative? I could write a page or more about my negative experiences. I'll try to keep it short. - securities on drugs, vomiting, being wasted (police came to check their pee, some got arrested) - incompetent management - in the middle of a slum (there's literally nothing around except the university campus, which is sold) - mosquito plague (I got Dengue Fever from Metro Luxe mosquito) -> thanks to the management, normally once a week some mosquito smoke guns are used to kill mosquitos - but not in Metro Luxe - once a month maybe - my helmet got stolen from a security guard, twice - very, very unfriendly management - the service is a joke - slum on the one side, abandoned factory on the other side If anybody reads this, please, please reconsider of moving to this place. If you live here for a while, you'll figure out much more negative points. If anything gets stolen, nobody will help you, they're scared of scenes about drugs in the CCTV.

I love staying here, enjoying all the amenities and the room.
