I’ve lived in Oka Haus for a year, and truth be told, this is the only place where I found myself comfortable in Bangkok. The place truly feels like home, you feel safe and cozy, and the staff is always eager to help and assist whenever you have any issues, special thanks to the specialist named Guy, he’s a real pro 🙏🏻 as of the building itself, the interior and exterior are on another level, it’s truly luxurious and high-quality. The recent earthquake felt more like a tickle due to the quality of this building (btw when the earthquake happened, the staff took good care of each tenant, which was really nice). the units are awesome and well furnished, the common area is impeccable too. great experience living in Oka Haus ❤️

Great condo place with all the well managed facilities including swimming pool ( kids pool, Leisure pool, heated pool, sauna) gym, laundry room on 8th floor, Rooftop garden, working space, outdoor theater, message room with 3 machines on 47th floor, lobby, EV charger Point, smart mailbox, smart door lock, shuttle service to BTS, Educational playground, 7-11 coffee dispenser and food dispenser machine in parking. Reasonable rental price.

Avoid this place at all costs! I lived in Oka Haus for a year, and it was a nightmare. My belongings were stolen multiple times, yet the legal office provided no assistance—instead, they blamed me! The staff is absolutely terrible: they yell, interfere with everything I do, and create a hostile environment. On top of that, tenants constantly report each other over minor things, and the whole place feels toxic and oppressive. If you want peace of mind and a respectful living environment, stay far away from this condo.

Humiliation and Fake Fines At Oka Haus, you won’t be able to defend yourself. They treat you like a second-class citizen, especially if you dare to express yourself in any way. I faced blatant sexism and discrimination. For three out of the twelve months I lived there, they made my life miserable—yelling, interfering, and inventing fines for anything I did. Inventing—because none of these so-called violations were in the official rules. Not only do you feel completely unprotected, but they also force you to pay imaginary fines under threats. This place is pure stress, where they make sure you know you don’t belong.

We encountered blatant discrimination and unprofessionalism from the Oka Haus administration. The most disturbing experience was with the legal office, whose staff displayed aggression and a blatantly sexist attitude towards me and my girlfriend. The building administration makes baseless accusations, imposes fines without prior warnings, and even obstructs tenants’ free movement. We were falsely accused of violations that never happened, and any attempts to clarify the situation were either ignored or met with outright rude behavior. There are clear double standards: some tenants are allowed to film videos in the coworking space, while we were prohibited—without any official rules being presented to us. Attempts to get an explanation resulted in absurd accusations and demands for money without any supporting evidence. If you value fairness and respectful treatment, I strongly advise avoiding this place. Otherwise, you risk facing incompetence, rudeness, and blatant pressure from the administration.
