I had an incredible 13 month stay here on a very high floor with excellent views. The gym is one of the best you’re going to get in any condo. The staff, cleaning ladies, guards, and shuttle bus drivers are all friendly and helpful. The location is top notch. Communicating with the office over Line gets issues resolved fast. Any repairs needed were done quickly and I felt like my needs were a priority. All areas are clean and well maintained. The workers here are very diligent and take their job seriously. I will miss staying here but would definitely rent again here in the future. This place is great and I believe it’s one of the best places to stay in Bangkok.

I had a very great experience during my stay in this apartment. I rented it through Airbnb, although it seemed to be against the apartment management's rules. Overall, I was very pleased. The rented unit was very clean, fragrant, comfortable, and offered a quite beautiful view. The facilities were very complete, including a gym, reading room, children's play area, several gardens, and a lovely swimming pool area located on a relatively high floor (I forgot which floor). All the apartment staff were friendly and kind. However, because the apartment is part of a condominium complex, it is quite spacious and relatively far from the entrance and exit, unless you have a private vehicle or use Grab, which can pick up at the lobby. The nearest BTS station is approximately 1 km away, and you can find a Seven-Eleven right next to the apartment complex.

Park 24 Origin Apartments offer a solid residential experience in the heart of the city. The apartments are tastefully designed, neatly marrying style and comfort. The rooftop pool is certainly the highlight. It provides an adequate lounging area with a decent view of the cityscape. It's a pleasant spot to relax or engage in some exercise, with cleanliness and maintenance up to satisfactory standards

Worst condo in the area. Elevators that require a good 10 minutes or so of waiting before you can leave the building (1 or 2 if the 4 always under maintenance) , Airbnb on every floor, 95% foreigner community so not very Thai and quite overpriced. Ruined by tourists and poor management that can't maintain the building and turning a blind eye to illegal tourism. A must avoid if you want to live here longer than a few weeks.

Stayed here twice, in Tower 6 and 5. Nice place to spend a couple of weeks in the business center of Bangkok. Friendly staff, good design, convenient location and the best view from the swimming pool on 50 floor ever!
