One of the best luxury condos in Bangkok. The facilities are top-notch, including multiple pools, a large gym, and co-working spaces. The design is modern, and the units have high-quality finishes. The location in Thonglor is excellent, close to great restaurants and nightlife. Perfect for those looking for a high-end living experience in the city. So sad it was damaged during the earthquake.

One of the most materialistic condominium in Bangkok. The location is good for ones who don't usually use skytrain systems. If yes, there is a shuttle service as well but thinking of Thong Lor or Ekkamai traffic, it is always jammed. The project itself is decent materials, providing so many amenities on the high floors of three buildings. The service is right as they have Hampton to take care of the management. The project hasn't sold out, but looks like it is good for an investment since the high demand from its reputation. The materials for the sound proof system is alright. The design is super aesthetic.

ATTENTION: SCAM PROJECT I’ve been living here for six months and this has been one of the WORST experiences. The apartments are smaller than hotel rooms. Maintenance has been completely neglected, and since the earthquake, the situation has become UNLIVEABLE. The buildings are literally crumbling. All the bridges connecting the towers have collapsed and there’s no sign of reconstruction. Every amenity advertised is UNUSABLE— the pool is constantly closed, and the gym is laughably small considering there are over 1,500 units. The elevators are a complete DISASTER. They are frequently BROKEN, extremely SLOW, and I’ve personally been STUCK on floors multiple times. This entire project is fundamentally flawed. It feels like there was ZERO thought, ZERO management or care put into its development. I strongly warn anyone considering this place RUNAWAY: it is a total SCAM.

Please keep your eyes open and stop buying this property. Poor service and inefficiency. Especially after the earthquake. I made an appointment for a paid cleaning, and they can say they didn't see your appointment, so they have to cancel it. I really don't know how you made this overlord clause. This kind of garbage management company should be changed before it is too late.

The Earthquake hit and all was chaos. I saw many negative comments and thought to share my own experience. I understand everyone was scared and frustrated. Being part of the Group Chat with the Condo’s Juristic and Park Origin resident, I am grateful. They worked day and night making sure everyone stayed calm and was well taken care of. So thank you for your help and answering our every questions during this critical time.
