Really loved living here. New, clean apartments. Nice gym and clean pool. Right next to the MRT station. One of my favorite places I’ve ever lived.

I saw the threatening signs about short-term stay everywhere in this condominium. The sign says "the day/week rental are not allowed and illegal. So be careful if you are a traveler who found this accommodation on Airbnb. It's possible you will get reported by other co-owners.

Lovely residence tower. Close to airport express train station. Right beside MRT station. In close proximity to central Bangkok. Lovely view but you need get to the top floors.

Airbnb be aware. Renting a room for less than a month in this apartment is not permitted by laws in Thailand. If any short term rental is found or get reported by other residents, there will be a penalty by the government.

Last month I booked a two-night stay at this apartment through Airbnb. I arrived only to find it was illegal. My payment wasn't refunded by Airbnb, and I have to spent more than planned on a last-minute hotel. Incidentally, the Airbnb account under which I had booked had been closed after a guest posted a review stating that they, too, had learned the rental was illegal upon arrival.
