Has been living here for almost 2 years, love the location! exactly in front of bts phrakhanong and the room soundproof quiet well. The luft also works well and rarely need to queue. Negative part only the jurisdistic staff, like other who left reviews, really not friendly and always display lazy attitude.

Conveniently located just in front of the BTS station. Roof top pool offers great view esp night view.

It’s a nice condominium, but the juristic staff are quite rude. Whenever I go to get parcels, the staff is just quiet - they don’t say hello even if you say hello (in Thai), they don’t say you’re welcome or thank you even if you say thank you. The same goes for any other errand you have with the juristic people, they just seem like they hate their jobs to be honest. The only friendly person in the staff is the oldest worker there, she usually says hi and thank you. Keep in mind that I always say sawadee krap and khop khun krap, but they are always quiet. It’s sad because it makes you feel like you don’t want to go there. Otherwise the condo building itself is nice, clean and in general in a good condition.
