Great location nice rooms just 3 minutes to BTS just less 100 meter to Lutos Mall

It’s very convenient place close to BTS, Lotus Supermarkt and cinema BUT Noise24/7, the road is always loud with noisy cars, motorbikes and ambulance on Sukhumvit and express way. Apartments finished to a good standard but bathroom pipes is stinks. Great rooftop with a decent gym, sauna and big swimming pool with great sunset views looking over the river, plus pool table is fantastic. Staff and security guards are friendly. I feel comfortable here. Thump up

Do not live here under any circumstances. The management office completely ignores all issues and never resolves anything. One of the condo staff smokes in the hallway and throws cigarette butts on the floor. If you want to live somewhere that will make your blood boil, this is the place. The management staff are completely incompetent and do not do their jobs properly.

Pool is completely out of action since the earthquake and there is no sign of repair, sauna is also out of use for the foreseeable future and the building seems to have a significant cockroach problem. Outside of these three major issues, it’s an ideal location and the 2 bedroom units are a very good size for 2 people.
