condo is very cozy! and nice. one things.. fat guy who working at justice office is arrogant, rude, unrespe, disrespectful. (more then yrs.) I won't recommend this one because of him. make me so uncomfortable all the time.

A quiet condo hidden in Ekkamai but still in a great location to access the busy areas of Ekkamai and Thong Lo. Although not directly near BTS, a taxi bike is 5 minutes maximum so still easy to access. This condo is extremely well kept and staff are friendly. The grounds are very green so it feels like an oasis in a busy concrete city. There is great security and the guards are always polite and smiley. We have only had good experiences with Juristic here too! There are many nice cafes and restaurants in walking distance from here. Apartments are very well priced for Ekkamai!

NO BALCONIES! Is this a joke? Who wants to live in a condo with no balcony? No morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony here and no drying clothes here! Even worse it looks like they planned to have balconies, the supports are there, but for some reason they never completed them and put windows where there should be doors to the outside! Nicely designed rooms, but seriously, a condo with no balcony is like living in an office. Massive fail.

Ekkamai-Thinglor area. Unique condos way back in the soi. It's quiet and lots of trees, nice parking garage. Japanese style.
