I stay here and also let out my owned units here for years, and this is one of the most prestigious residences in the area. The luxury, privacy, and prime city location make it a standout property. I have seen misleading reviews that do not reflect reality. This is a private, high-end development with top-tier standards, even owned by ex-Prime Minister Mr. Srettha. A simple visit is enough to see the truth. Quality speaks louder than false claims.

A wonderful apartment. The pool and gym are useful. The security and other employees are respectful and hardworking.........Update: The damage to the building caused by the earthquake on March 28 is in the picture.

Building is almost in front of highway so that I can't easily get to sleep because of noisy car sounds. If you are a sensitive type of person like me, highly recommend to consider once again about move to here or not. Also has a free golf cart service which has a round trip route from condo to the stop. The stop is located between The base 77 and blocs condo. but it has kinda flexible schedule depends on the demand of residents. like full time service to every 15mins service. (if you got unlucky, you have to wait for the shuttle like 15mins) **Unfortunately there's no more shuttle service to the bts station.

A large number of cockroaches are appearing in the shared garbage areas on each floor, and since proper measures haven’t been taken, they constantly appear in my room as well.
