The building is very humid. I have rented and lived there for 1 month. I get sick everyday because the room is humid and seems to be wet all the time. The room on my side has almost no sunlight coming in. It seems to be at night all the time. I asked the lobby about the humidity of the building and they confirmed that the building is humid. However, the owner never informed us about this and when renting the room, the owner never wanted to fix anything, no matter what the problem is with the room. He just said that it is still livable. I do not recommend living in this building.

After the earthquake in March, there are many cracks in the room and these were not repaired. 2 of 4 elevators are not available yet. Also it seems like there are water leak in many rooms. I don’t recommend to live there now, unless it gets fixed. (I already moved to other condo)

Humid and mold, poor lighting, smells like the pipe

Mold, mold, mold! Obviously great location and indeed top notch facilities, BUT the units have a massive problem with mold. It’s appearing on the built-in furniture/surfaces quickly despite having regular cleaning by 3rd parties. This matter is currently with the building management in order to find a solution - I already had to throw away things because they were too moldy (within the wardrobe, drawers,...). Furthermore, I had to buy an efficient de-humidifier for THB 18,000 (as recommended by Juristic Office) at own cost in order to fight the massive humidity *inside* the units which is causing the mold. Some other units are facing their wooden floor to blow up due to the humidity inside.
