        The rooms are spacious for the price, unfortunately the general cleanliness of the building is really poor. COCKROACHES are a nightmare. There is no pool, no gym and no outdoor area to relax. For the same price, you will have all these at the Supalai City Resort nearby. You should also know the Seed is very close to a primary SCHOOL blasting speeches and music in loudspeakers everyday from 7 am until 9. You can be sure you won't ever wake up late for work. JANG, the building manager, is very inefficient and impolite. Electric plugs in my kitchen stopped working and it literally took weeks to have them fixed, after insisting numerous times. I had to relocate my fridge to the living room until she bothered sending a technician. Additionally, JANG can't be trusted, she will try by any means to POCKET YOUR DEPOSIT when you check out. I poked a small hole in the bathroom door and she insisted this couldn't be fixed, so I had to replace the whole door. I found the exact same door for 700b but she said it wasn't good enough (exactly the same, except it was new in pristine condition!) and wanted to charge me 2000b. The owner of the apartment said everything was alright and I could get my deposit back but she held it even after he asked her many times to return it to me. I returned my keycard and they said they didn't have cash to refund the 300b deposit and asked for my bank details. I never received a refund and she blocked my line and phone number so I couldn't ask her again. This is how low this person will go to pocket your money. I really don't know how AP Thai, the developer, hired JANG as a building manager and how they could keep her. Not only is she useless, but she is also dishonest. I WILL NOT GO TO COURT FOR SUCH AN AMOUNT BUT JANG YOU SHOULD KNOW YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW AND NOTHING ALLOWS YOU TO KEEP MY MONEY FOR YOURSELF. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF AP Thai AND I HOPE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JOB SOON.
