Great condo with proximity to Ekkamai BTS station, Gateway Shopping, Cineplex, MK Gold and many other eateries along Ekkamai Road. Nice roof top pool, gym and a library to chill out. Juristic is really friendly and the day security guard is really cute. He jumps to attention and salute when you’re leaving.

I've lived here for a year and a half, and it's always been great. But there are more and more short-term tenants, which means it's becoming more of a hotel because they don’t care about some rules and the management doesn't care too. I can no longer recommend it as a place to live.

Amazing roof top and facilities! Great location, 150m from BTS, 200m from driving range, international school and what the city has to offer. Loft style (on two floors) Italian designer fully furnished apartment for long-term rental.

Security guards on night shifts are indeed very rude. I visited the building to view their rental units by car, I couldn’t understand their lousy and unclear instructions in Thai and made a wrong turn. The reaction and attitude they gave me were egregiously disgusting, so much so I didn’t feel like renting anything there. The building itself, however, is very nice and the rooms are very nice.
