Good place, lived here for 10 months, of course if you want all facilities like coworking, yoga room, etc, they dont have them. But juristic office is good and polite. Surrounding is great - w district, bts and much more. Condo itself is quiet, not too much people. I had cockroaches in my room, but not much and juristic office regularly makes desinfection. Yes, building is kinda old, but after earthquake I dont have much cracks in my room, compared to my friends from other condos. For price about 12k for single apartments its perfect, I think it will be hard to find smth for requirements like this. Agent service Siam Home and Pavinee were very pleasant for me and were solving all problems all time honestly.

Well-maintained building with good facilities and killer location that’s just a short walk to BTS Phra Khanong . Many good local shops and restaurants nearby with much cheaper price than average Sukhumvit standard. Ideal for families as rent is affordable for big size rooms and many international schools, shopping malls and supermarkets around.

The bloom is a nice building but alas, the management Century 21 ,don't treat it seriously when it comes to maintenance. The swimming pool and gym are often not maintained (The gym is finally usable and with decent equipment in the last few days). All surrounding condo's have swimming pools which right now in high heat are essential. The blooms however has been empty and sitting in a disgusting state for days now and could be in that state for sometime. They never plan ahead and have no worries about leaving the paying customers with no pool. Check first that the swimming pool is actually usable, since you are paying for it after all.On speaking to management, they said they have to get 3 quotes for cleaning/ renovation! And as expected, the pool now dead for over 10 days, supposed to be fixed after Songkran, will take possibly another week or Possibly longer, as they are waiting on the 'committee' board to okay the renovation details! They have received many complaints from residents, but it makes no difference. Appalling service. A long conversation on 'line' about The Bloom is blooming! The management seem utterly baffled that people would dare to cause a fuss about an empty disgusting pool being paid for by residents- which they have finally started cleaning on 19/4 after so many complaints. The work they say, has now gone from being finished by the 10th, to the 20th and the pool will be ready by the 30th, when all the parents of the kids will be back at work as will many others.
