Think twice before deciding to purchase. There's a reason why the price decreased and go in and read the real reviews on their fb page. - multiple units have issues with drains, pipes, leakage. They won't show you the floors with units being placed as defects - slow to fix once you have purchased, 1 week will turn into weeks then months (one of our units we haven't been able to move in since purchase over 2 years - ceiling leakage took them months to fix, and now the floors have water damage from another issue) - even when checking your room for purchase you won't be able to see the defects as they are all within the walls and hidden - imagine getting a leak in your wooden floor, being misguided that it's from the next door room, then changing to your bathroom sink. Turns out they were not able to find the issue and just chose to close up the work. What was discovered at the end was that this building structure did not have a proper drainage. - only good thing are the common facilities and the nice cleaners & guards
