Steam room has been broken/not working the whole time I’ve been here for a year. The sauna is dirty and gives me a skin rash every time I use it. The pool is freezing cold, like ice. So I feel like the facilities don’t get cleaned or repaired when damaged.

Nice place. Nice entrance. Security 24 hours a day. Visit a friend here. It's in better shape than my place. Food is cheaper next to this place as well. 711 downstairs and they deliver to your room. The street is very tight so watch out for traffic. Expect a bug problem like every other place in Bangkok that has thousands of tourists coming in and out everyday.

The place is crawling with insects, and when the electronic lock inevitably broke, the staff were unable to fix it. The walls started crumbling after the earthquake, and the building staff would not allow contractors to repair them.

Perfectly located. But warning! There is a gem to rent in this building located on the 17floor ( top floor) which huge duplex ( 100sf) with balcony but do anyone need one in hot sizzling Bangkok? for a very nice price. But don’t rent the ones on the right side when you get out of the lift, coz many units are occupied by noisy, disturbed,disrespectful,impolite,unruly Indians. They cooked the door entrance opened so imagine the smell until the management intervened. Unfortunately all units on the opposite side are rented. Probably the biggest outdoor swimming pool in the area with good gym and sauna. Don’t rent any other units on lower floors because so many Airbnb and thin wall separations between units.unless soundproof repairs have been done.check everything before renting. Many foreigners are moving in which is good compared to before mostly Arabs and Indians. Security is average but you have laundry and uv treated water machines. You just cannot beat the location with so many restaurants and 7 eleven and it’s much more quiet than soi 11 or 15 which is swamped by noisy crazy tuk tuksTerminal 21 is walking distance
