Very good location. The room was clean and cozy. It's very unique outside as it is a full black elegant building. There is gym and swimming pool in the hotel. Good point is that right in front of the hotel is the terminal to BTS or MRT station and you can also go straight to the famous Terminal 21 Mall, just 5-min away. Around the place is also covered by many eatery, restaurants, massages and there is also a cat coffee for cat lover😝. I will definitely come back next time I visit Thailand.

I would like to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I had a particularly unpleasant experience with both the owner and the agent of a unit on the 46th floor. The building’s juristic office allows up to four registered face scans per unit, including the owner. When I signed the rental agreement, the agent failed to disclose that the owner intended to reserve two of those face scans—despite not residing in the unit herself—so that her husband could access the condo to use the swimming pool. This significantly limited the number of face scans available for my guests. Now, I am being asked to pay XXXX THB to remove a registered name so another can be added. Unfortunately, this fee is not a standard building charge but is intended to be kept by the owner. Please be mindful and clarify all such details before proceeding with any agreements

My first own rented home and office at Bangkok starting 1st december 2024! I started to meet people working inside and outside the complex. Everybody always has been greeting me politely and with a smile, no matter the many, many times I pass them by during day and night. I'm a big smoker and since that is understandably not allowed on premises, well there you have it. Communication, with somebody online also during office hours 9am-18pm, with justice office and reception goes smoothly via Line app to make reservations on workareas and meeting rooms or to register guest visitors to prepare face scanning to set-up access, for any other questions also 👍🏻🇹🇭

The building lobby is always hot. The common work areas are all hot. The elevators do not have cooling. Also staff turns off many of elevators at night ensuring super slow service. I wouldn’t recommend. No outlets in bathroom. Many issues with maintenance. Do not rent here, just a warning 👎🏻 I paid ฿4,250 for 35sqm studio electric one month (more than 2x my other Bangkok apartments). Something is very wrong. ALL HIGH REVIEWS ARE FAKE, AGENTS TRYING TO RENT TO YOU. BEWARE.
