Very nice condominium consisting of 2 towers. Good facilities, friendly staff and convenient location. Free shuttle service to BTS Nana and MRT Phetchaburi/ARL Makkasan from 07:00 to 19:30. Also you can walk to these stations for about 10 minutes. Nana Nua pier of canal boats is nearby. There is a 7-11 on the 1st floor of tower 1, and a nice morning market in less than 1 minute walk. Night life area of Sukhumvit Soi 11 is 5 minutes walking

This condominiums complex is conveniently located close to BTS-Nana and MRT-Petchaburi, both served via shuttle 7-days a week. This two-tones complex offer nice amenities, and is served by good management. The one problem here is pest control, which is the most unprofessional - they have no idea how to apply treatment, poorest in knowledge and personnel, and least effective.

Circle condominium nice location, easy to metro, river boats, etc. The condo have interesting swimming pool and nice lounge zone on a top floor. By the way have notice, that this is not a hotel and you can't rent it daily or weekly, only monthly rental... By thai law... Security on a back yard was rude!

The apartment is a bit old, there are a lot of cockroaches, it is far from the subway station, there are a lot of Indians who smell bad, the smell of curry is in the corridor, and the landlords are raising the rent. I have lived here for a year.

The building is secure and rooms are spacious. The top floor is somewhat breathtakingly beautiful especially at night.
