Wonderful complex. Staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond even if the receptionist do not quite understand. The duristiction office is very professional and fluent in English. Packages receiving is always on time. Notices you can receive from line about holidays, office closures, workroom unavailability. Maintenance is very easy. Scan a qr code. Book the day and time. Very easy. Swimming pool and workout rooms on the sixth floor. I hope you get a great landlord and some great neighbours. Everyone in B building seems great! No screaming or yelling. This was such a wonderful condominium. Forgot to mention: Central Rama 9 is 10 mins away. Same w belle complex. Tops & otus grocery stores. 15 mins if you walk north to BigC. There is also a dedicated food delivery area downstairs as well. Thank you for the stay.

Older building, limited parking for motorcycles and the staff are not very flexible. They have a number of ridiculous rules that they enforce and there is zero logic behind most of them. For example, when I moved in I asked them if it is a problem that I have a car and two motorcycles. They said no. When I went to register the car and bikes, they told me I could only register 1 bike, not two. This was counter to what they told me when I signed the lease. So, I waited until they held the tenant/homeowner meeting. I made a formal request with the board of directors since there were vacant spots for motorcycles and asked them to allow me to register a second bike. Every registered vehicles pays a monthly fee so I don’t know why they would turn away revenue, but they declined my request. Then after watching me come and go on my bike for 15 months, they would not let me leave the day I moved out until I showed proof that I owned the motorcycle. Ridiculous, time wasting, red tape which serves no purpose.

Comfortable place, built quality is superb. Nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and many more to live a luxurious life

Left my wallet in smoking area and the security guard who go in right after me did not even report the missing wallet to the management office. What are security guard hired for if they cant even provide simple safety. Reported to the police but police say not enough evidence, hence tell me it is a benefit of doubt case. The most disgusting one is condo’s zero effort to investigate the case further because of not much clear evidence despite cctv is there and ask me to report police. Even the head of security guard do nothing, just fyi for those who wanna stay here and be the next victim of this security guard negligence, feel free to do so. They just perhaps hired some bunch of people with theft mentality and zero moral as security guards. this is lesson learnt that security guards are basically useless in this condo.

Facilities - Gated security - 24 hr Reception desk/ help - Parcel/ delivery reception - Parking - Small park - Gym - Shuttle bus every 30 minutes - 7 Eleven store - Admin Office - Security card for entering building/ using elevator - A quite place for studying - Public paid laundry place - Restaurants and barber - Swimming pool - Regular cleaning service functioning well Almost perfect.
