The owner and agents room* 27/106* 15th floor overcharged us after moving out; it’s more than half of 2 months deposit. The charge included ridiculous price of 8,000 THB for cleaning coffee stains on the dining table, and 9,000 THB for painting fee in the bedroom that had the humidity and stains caused by owners broken and old air-conditioner,etc. (They also charged for cleaning fee 2,500 THB, but it didn’t help with stains, or what??? ) I have tried to negotiate with them and asked if our technician can go fix it, but no answer. It’s been a month now and agents still said that owner only agrees with that full price. I’m so unhappy about it :( P.s. I got the deal from >>Bkk1 property agent, they don’t really help :(( Hope this helps someone who is looking for rent in this area. Please choose the agent and the unit wisely ✌🏻 Once again, we didn’t break anything. It was just some stains, but they overcharged
