Regent Royal Place 1

Location is OK , about 800m from Central World. Stay here months ago. Old building with funny room style and light switches location. My front door has only 1 door lock ... no dead bolt lock , why ..???

Only a short business visit, but I found lobby to be attractive 1930's US style. Disappointed with level of English by reception, and no English by lobby security staff. Although condo manager spoke very good English.

I am an owner here. The building is well maintained and well managed. Great location as it is next to the house Courtyard, the Center Point Rachadamri and the Anantara Hotels. BTS is 5 minutes away. Large swimming pool and a big fitness room. 7-11 located close by as well as a small market at the corner.

Nice central location, quiet with a good view outside, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the BTS line. There are also some cafes and even a local thai food corner nearby. Walking distance to Lumpini Park as well. Security and facilities are good too. In-house laundry, massage, hair salon as well. They don't have a drinking water unit but it's a couple of minutes away in between Soi 1 and 2.So, what's not to like?

The apartments I visited were a bit old.
