Low rise building only has 3 rooms per floor so it’s very quiet and private. It’s well maintained, nice and prompt jurisdiction office. Easy access to highway and centrally located with lots of food and supermarkets nearby.

A good quiet cozy place to stay in a 3-meter high room with adequate clean facilities. The design allows the wind to flow through efficiently. The long swimming pool is good for lap swimming. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Love it here.

Units have high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows spanning the length of the living room, creating a luxurious, open-air feel. Love the design and layout here. The juristic staff is friendly. Many foreigners.

Best condo ever period. The staff at the juristic office is amazing, living rooms in all units have floor to ceiling windows and very high ceilings, the very long pool is amazing for swimming laps and the pool deck is a great area outdoor area to work, study, meditate or hold parties. The gym is sufficiently equipped with modern life fitness machines and the location of the condo is phenomenal with many local markets nearby as well as the marketplace community mall. If you have kids there’s plenty of schools nearby and you can easily access rama3, rama4, sathorn and narathiwat!

Good location in center but more quiet than other áreas.... Great facilities
