The new low rise condo with 7 story high. The whole project was not complete yet. The guests can access from two directions either Ekamai or Main Sukhumvit Street soi61. There were 4 types of room starts from one bed, two beds, three beds room and duplex. The designed quite similar to the intercon residence huahin. Rooms were fully furnished. The common area costs 85 baht per sqm. All the facilities located on the ground floor. The swimming pool was not open for the residence yet. CCTV and security guards were all around.

Great condo so far. Nice amenities, design, location, peaceful and the staff are all nice especially the security guards.

A low rise building with full service staff, including a concierge service - which is great for someone who's not familiar with the area and getting things ordered etc. The building engineers are great, always on hand with any maintenance needs.
